International Women’s Day 2023.
We had a fantastic celebration for International Women’s Day!!! 
The day started with our CEO Eileen who welcomed everyone. Annette Kelly from Little Penny Thoughts gave an inspirational talk on the importance of self value and ‘fuelling our body’ with self-care and love.
We all enjoyed two workshops which included mindfulness and community drumming which was a real treat!! Special thanks to Sarah from Inner happiness and Marcella from Community Tribal Drummers .
The day ran very smoothly as a result of our MC Deborah Loughran who done a fantastic job.
